About the Role

PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER needed! Hybrid 3 days a week in LONDON area. Total comp GBP 50k - 55k.

Our client is the leading provider of advisory services, data and analytics to the commercial aviation industry.

They are looking for an experienced and results driven B2B Product Marketing Manager with SaaS experience to drive lead generation and growth for their aviation data and analytics product suite. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will join a team of 4, passionate about aviation and finding new ways to connect with their audiences. You’re an intuitive self-starter and a collaborative team player with a proven track record in delivering excellent marketing results.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Product Messaging and Positioning – partner with their Product team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with their customers and differentiate them from their competitors
• Market, customer and competitive analysis – understand their target market, industries, regions and their competitors’ products
• Develop GTM strategies to drive new business and growth for their aviation data and analytics products
• Create innovative lead generation campaigns, customer nurture journeys by industry sector, customer segment and region
• Achieve lead generation goals for their aviation data and analytics products
• Create a customer engagement strategy to drive usage, engagement, upsell and retention
• Customer feedback – regularly check their customer pulse, share regular product enhancements and updates, showing that they listen to their customers and respond to feedback
• Partner closely with their sales and CS team – communicate effectively, tune into customer feedback and ensure sales are supported with content

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven track record in a similar role. 5 yrs experience required
• Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
• B2B experience in marketing a Saas product
• Proven ability to work with product, sales and marketing teams to drive product growth
• Experience using customer, competitor and market intelligence to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy
• Ability to engage audiences through incredible storytelling
• Strong digital skills e.g. use of CMS, Wordpress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Pardot, Salesforce
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Extremely organized and accountable
• Great team player
