About the Role

SAAS SALES needed, fully remote but must be located anywhere in the Midwest (IL, WI, OH, etc.). Base $130k - $160k but OTE up to $360k+ thanks to a fantastic commission structure plus equity! Some experience selling into insurance firms would be nice but not a hard requirement. Strong SaaS (Financial Markets) sales experience is, however.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with potential and existing clients in the insurance industry.
- Identify and locate new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.
- Arrange and lead technical and functional presentations to clients, in conjunction with product experts and professional services.
- Develop and implement strategies for sales in an assigned region or territory.
- Apply knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
- Answer inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.

Requirements
- 10 years of Financial Markets SaaS sales experience with direct sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in preparing and presenting to an executive audience.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex sales
- Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required.
- Need to be at least 50% new business (not farming)
- Need to be selling at least $200k+ average deal size
- Average sale cycle less than 12 months
- Selling min of 1 year deals
- Annual quota of at least $900k
- Hit or exceeded your quota at least 3 of last 4 years
- Need to have spent at least 15+ hours prospecting new business per week
