About the Role

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER needed! Hybrid 3 days a week in London area. Total comp around GBP 50k - 55k.

Our client is the leading aviation data, intelligence and advisory company, providing data insights, consultancy, valuations, asset management, remarketing and technical services to the aviation industry.

They are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team, to develop, manage and execute their digital strategy, maximizing conversion across their core channels including: Web, SEO, SEM, email, social, video and PR.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will join a team of 4, passionate about aviation and finding new ways to connect with their audiences. You’re an intuitive self-starter and a collaborative team player with a proven track record in delivering excellent digital marketing results.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including Web, SEO, PPC, social media, video, podcasts and email marketing
• Position the firm as the leading aviation data, intelligence and advisory company, across all of their customer segments and digital platforms
• Be a brand ambassador and build their brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels
• Enhance website UX, increase traffic and conversion rates
• Manage their social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X and WeChat; grow their followers
• Develop compelling social content to drive engagement
• Develop and monitor paid search and social campaigns and manage to their budget
• Measure and report key performance metrics and constantly seek to improve results
• Bring best practice and identify new digital channels and strategies to grow their target audience

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven track record in a similar role. 3-5 yrs experience required
• Digital Marketing qualification
• Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• Use of CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, X, Account Engagement & Salesforce
• Strong measurement skills and strive for continuous improvement
• B2B experience preferred
• Strong communication, attention to detail and exceptional copywriting skills
• Extremely organised and accountable
• Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Great team player
